A word from the Editor, UK Cabaret managing editor Mark Ritchie.

This month we chat to hypnosis show rising star Grant Saunders, before heading down in the holiday park cabaret world, where our reviewer Vicky Bailey catches the act of comedy rising star Scotty Miller.

We are pleased to announce that Barrie and Vicci Lucas have added Reading to their list of places visited with the Showcase Productions Showcase set to visit the town next January. The Curtains Up event has published its own plans for the autumn, which we will also be covering.

As a publication, we now attend so many key events up and down the UK and hopefully we are covering at least almost all of the bases in UK light entertainment.
