New Website for The Entertainment Agents’ Association

The Entertainment Agents’ Association has launched a new website teaa.uk that has been created by EHA Web Design.

The Association’s membership is made up of over 230 of the country’s leading, professional entertainment agents who represent a diverse range of talent including global pop superstars, TV celebrities, actors, variety and cabaret artists, speakers, comedians, cruise performers, bands and more.

The website is multi-functional and supports its members by providing access to secure content such as approved contracts, tax and visa requirements, legal information and suggested terms of business. The site also provides support for artists looking for relevant agency representation with a search facility appropriate to the area of entertainment in which they work.

It is fully responsive across desktops, tablets and mobiles, but was complex to create as it merged two previous websites into a single site with differentiated user experience.

Web designer Hugues Audouard explained: “The new website is more contemporary in design and facilitates the needs of the Association’s different users. The public facing pages introduce and promote the Association to prospective members, talent and affiliate industries wishing to do business with members, whilst member-only content is secure and only accessible by logging in to their personal account.”

In addition, the new functionality manages member registration and account creation, automated or manual subscription renewals and secure online payment as well as marketing integration with email newsletter software.

The Entertainment Agents’ Association has also updated all its social media handles to reflect the new website with Facebook and Twitter using @TEAAUK and Instagram #teaauk

Tarquin Shaw-Young, President of The Entertainment Agents’ Association said: “The new website reflects the Association’s drive to open channels of communication more between its members and those working in affiliated industries and to modernise the membership process with online applications. EHA Web Design delivered on the brief, helped to steer us through the process, included training on the back end of the site and went above and beyond what was asked of them. We are delighted with the results and look forward to increased traffic to the site.”

The website address has launched as teaa.uk
