UK Cabaret News
He we present our regular round-up of the stories which may interest live entertainment fans across the UK. If you have any stories you would like to see included on this page, just get in touch.
We are already being invited to attend and provide review coverage for a significant number of showcase events later this year. As ever we will try to support those who show their support for this publication by taking out an annual subscription or placing advertising. As has always been the case, the recent Keeping it Live showcase passed by unrecorded in the press and yet again we found ourselves fielding enquires regarding why UK Cabaret reviewers were not present. For the record we repeat that we do not support individual producers who do not support our aims as a publication. Regrettably and for reasons best known to themselves, the organisers of Keeping it Live have placed a personal bar on any member of our staff attending their event in any capacity. No explanation has ever been given.
STEVIE JOINS US
We are delighted to welcome Stevie Barker as a contributor and as a new member of our review team. Stevie is a lady with an amazing show business CV and we look forward to her contributions to our review coverage in the North-West of England, where she is based and beyond.
